By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all of our terms and conditions outlined below. Your continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of these terms, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for both parties. Please take a moment to review the details carefully before proceeding with your order.
You can estimate the bill amount at the time of handing over your garments to the Pickup Rider. Payment is accepted in cash or Online Bank Transfer upon delivery of garments back to the customer.
Before handing over the clothes, please check the pockets for any personal belongings. Hygienic Wash will not be responsible for any lost items and no claims will be entertained.
Hygienic Wash cannot be held responsible for any shrinkage or color change of garments.
Hygienic Wash reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment.
Removal of stains is part of the process, but complete removal cannot be guaranteed. Stain removal will be processed at the customer's risk, as stain removers can damage the strength and color of the articles.
Hygienic Wash accepts no liability for "special care" and delicate items that require special attention during the cleaning process, even if informed by the customer.
Any issue regarding the quality of service must be reported within 24 hours of delivery of garments. The customer has a warranty of up to 2 days from the date of delivery for any quality related issues (only if the article has not been used after service). Any claim after this period will not be entertained.
In case of any loss or damage, Hygienic Wash can reimburse up to a maximum of 4 times the processing (laundry/dry clean) cost, based on the customer's ability to produce the original bills. Compensation will be provided in the form of services, not cash.
Hygienic Wash accepts no liability for any loss or damage to articles due to theft, fire, breakdown, accident, war, strike, or any other circumstances beyond the company's control.
The company shall not be held responsible for any ornaments or jewelry fittings on the garments.
Hygienic Wash is not responsible for any personal or non-cleanable items left in any garment, such as money, jewelry, etc.
Tariff for designer wear will be decided on a case by case basis depending on the complexity of the garment. This will be communicated to the customer after examination by an expert at the processing center.
The customer is responsible for counting the articles handed over to and received from Hygienic Wash to verify against the receipt provided. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately and no later than two (2) calendar days after delivery. Hygienic Wash will not be responsible for complaints or claims made after this period.
Hygienic Wash's working hours are between 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM from Monday to Saturday. The company will be closed on Sundays and all federal, provincial, and festival holidays. No customer inquiries will be responded to outside these working hours.
In the event of any loss, damage, or delay due to force majeure conditions, Hygienic Wash is not liable for any compensation or reduction in charges.
Hygienic Wash reserves the right to inspect all items before accepting them for service. If the condition of an item is deemed too delicate, damaged, or unsuitable for processing, Hygienic Wash may refuse service for that item.
Standard turnaround time for processing garments is 2-3 business days. However, this may vary depending on the nature of the service required or the volume of items. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as equipment failure or supply issues, may occur. Customers will be informed in such cases.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information. Hygienic Wash will use the provided contact details to notify customers when their garments are ready for pickup or delivery. The company is not responsible for any delays or missed communications due to incorrect contact information.
Any garment not claimed 15 days of the delivery date will be considered abandoned. Hygienic Wash reserves the right to dispose of or donate unclaimed items without further notice or compensation to the customer.
Any requests for minor alterations or repairs must be communicated to Hygienic Wash at the time of garment drop-off. Additional charges may apply for such services, and Hygienic Wash does not guarantee the availability of these services for all items.
Hygienic Wash uses standard cleaning agents and processes. Customers with specific allergies or sensitivities must inform the company prior to service. While the company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, it cannot guarantee that all items will be free from allergens.
In case of any disputes arising from the service, the customer agrees to first attempt resolution by contacting Hygienic Wash directly. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be referred to arbitration or handled in accordance with local consumer protection laws.
Hygienic Wash is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. Any personal information collected during the service process will be used solely for service-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
